God has richly blessed Project Hope for the Homeless during its existence. One of the most important of these blessings is the wealth of talented and caring volunteers that He has led to our door.
Volunteers are vital to this ministry, annually giving thousands of hours of their time and concern. Our volunteers exemplify God’s love & compassion. They truly touch the lives of those who stay at the shelter. In turn, often the lives of volunteers are also changed.
If you feel called to lend a helping hand of hope & humanity, please call Project Hope for the Homeless at 440-354-6417 x106 or e-mail Missy Knight, our volunteer services director at email@example.com to learn how you can make a difference. Let your hands be the ones that help shape humanity.
No matter how many hours you spend at Project Hope for the Homeless or Families Moving Forward, you will be given the chance to help change lives. Every day of the week shelter volunteers and staff arrive at 6:45 p.m. to 25 Freedom Road. Shelter volunteers get the shelter up and running to receive 50 homeless men, women & children. Volunteers are not asked to enforce rules, & never make independent decisions.
Minors 15-17 must be accompanied by a parent. Speak with the volunteer coordinator if you have any questions or concerns.
